Where Do I Get My Ingredients????

Here, the internet is your friend…

Blanched Almond Flour: I buy it in bulk from Honeyville Grains.  I buy it, freeze some, and bake my way through it and then repeat.

Agave Nectar:  I buy it in bulk from Amazon.  It’s cheapest that way.  I use Madhava Pure Organic Agave Nectar Light.

Gluten-Free Vanilla Extract: I get it from Tropical Traditions.  Once again, bulk.  It’s organic and much cheaper than getting it at the store.

Coconut Flour: Again, Tropical Traditions.  It’s organic and often on sale.

Grapeseed Oil:  This is one of the few instances where I actually buy it at a market.  I use Sadaf Grapeseed Oil.  I get my big can at Arax Market in Watertown, MA.  I don’t think you can get that brand there but you can find Grapeseed oil at Whole foods or Trader Joes.

Celtic Sea Salt: This one I got at Whole Foods. But you can also get it at Amazon.  It’s called the Vital Mineral Blend, Celtic Sea Salt, Fine Ground, by the Grain & Salt Society.  It has tons of minerals (80!), less sodium that your average salt, and more flavor.

Are there any other ingredients that I’m using that you don’t know where to find?

Ask me!

    Hi Lillian,

I used to use Dagoba unsweetened dark cocoa powder but my grocery store stopped carrying it and buying that brand online has been weirdly expensive. So, I have been getting Valrhona unsweetened cocoa powder from amazon, which is great, but now amazon has stopped carrying it, (and it’s not organic) so I’m still looking around and trying things out to see if I can find a great organic chocolate that isn’t quite as pricey. Sorry for the not so clear answer… I’m still figuring it out.
