I was diagnosed with food allergies (gluten, dairy, cane sugar, soy) and auto-immune hypothyroidism 10 years ago and have been on a health and food exploration ever since. At Lillian’s Test Kitchen I make other people’s recipes (Sometimes vegan. Sometimes raw. Mostly paleo. Always gluten, grain, dairy, refined sugar, soy, and corn free) for the very first time on camera. They’re fun, food adventures that somehow almost always turn out to be delicious (Quite frankly, it’s a miracle there aren’t more disasters). You should watch them and laugh.
